For optimal preparation for the CPRE certification, we recommend attending a training course with one of our recognized training providers. These courses are offered as face-to-face or online training.
Training courses offer practice-oriented knowledge and customized learning content tailored to the exam requirements. This increases your chances of successfully passing the exam and gives you valuable insights into current best practices in Requirements Engineering. The courses also enable you to exchange knowledge and ideas actively with other candidates.
The duration of the training is tailored to the learning content and the prices are set by the training providers.
As an alternative and in addition to a training course, you can also prepare for the exam through self-study. You can use our free resources to do this:
Syllabus: You will receive an overview of the learning objectives and content for each level and module
Handbook: Deepen your knowledge with detailed descriptions and examples
Online glossary: The comprehensive reference work for the terms used in Requirements Engineering
Practice exam: Test your knowledge and prepare for the actual exam
Recommended reading: Read one of the books recommended by IREB
3. Conduct a self-assessment
