What is RE@Agile?
Learn the definition of RE@Agile and understand the goals associated with it. Find out what responsibility the product owner has for the quality of the requirements.

Start projects successfully
Learn how to initiate projects successfully through the specification of vision and goals. Learn how to define system boundaries, identify and manage stakeholders, and balance vision, goals, and system scope.

Dealing with functional requirements
Understand the different levels of granularity of requirements and learn how to identify, document, and communicate functional requirements and work effectively with user stories. Learn when and how to split and group requirements and how to capture requirements in project and product documentation.

Dealing with quality requirements and constraints
Recognize the importance of quality requirements and constraints and learn how to specify them and take them into account in the backlog. Learn how to clarify constraints so as not to jeopardize the project goal.

Prioritizing and estimating requirements
Learn how to determine the business value of requirements and align them with risks and dependencies, and learn techniques for estimating user stories and other backlog elements.

Scaling in RE@Agile
Understand how to scale requirements and teams in larger projects. Learn about criteria for structuring requirements and teams on a large scale and find out how roadmaps and comprehensive planning are created and how product validation is executed.

This module is aimed at people from the fields of RE, business analysis, software and system development, and anyone who works in agile environments, especially product owners. Apply RE optimally in an agile environment with agile teams and scale successfully!
Training and certification
The CPRE Foundation certificate (Level 1) is a prerequisite for the thematic deepening at the next level; alternatively, a BCS Practitioner certificate in RE or a Product Owner Certificate according to the examination regulations is also accepted:
Level 2 | CPRE RE@Agile Practitioner
This certification enables you to learn the content and build the skills necessary to use Requirements Engineering in an agile environment. You will receive the certificate after successfully passing the multiple-choice exam.
The CPRE RE@Agile Practitioner certificate (Level 2) entitles you to aim for the certificate at the next level:
Level 3 | CPRE RE@Agile Specialist
This certification proves that you have the skills necessary to successfully apply Requirements Engineering in an agile environment. The examination is conducted by means of a written assignment in the student's own project context.
